"Re feedback on rental car Unfortunately I was not pleased with this service, Firstly, I particularly requested an all up quote including insurance waivers. Upon arrival I was told about another waiver for single vehicle accidents. Adding this in, made the rental one of the most expensive of all the quotes I sought. I was not pleased about the lack of transparency in this deal and wanted to cancel because of this, only to find myself caught between Bargain Wheels and your company. To add to this, when the car broke down I was refused service by the RACQ because the subscription was not paid. This took many phone calls and almost 2 hours of fiddling around. Not the kind of experience to recommend to others.
