Re feedback on rental car Unfortunately I was not pleased with this service, Firstly, I particularly requested an all up quote including insurance waivers. Upon arrival I was told about another waiver for single vehicle accidents. Adding this in, made the rental one of the most expensive of all the quotes I sought. I was not pleased about the lack of transparency in this deal and wanted to cancel because of this, only to find myself caught between Bargain Wheels and your company. To add to this, when the car broke down I was refused service by the RACQ because the subscription was not paid. This took many phone calls and almost 2 hours of fiddling around. Sharon and Michael, I did use your service and was very pleased with all aspects, prices etc. The car was with Europcar with a P/Up and D/Off at CNS a/port. You were also able to request an upgrade from a smaller car for no extra cost and with minimal fuss on your part. As there were 3 tall adults involved in my little party it was most appreciated. At PU time, the man at Europcar wanted to charge extra for a/port costs etc as he couldn't find an appropriate cost code but, when I showed my print outs with agreed costs and details etc, he just charged what you had quoted. There was no further concern. The car was a new XR6 Falcon sedan so it had plenty of space for our drive to/from Ingham and was most comfortable. I'm happy to suggest Qantas staff and friends to use your service and I will again when in CNS. I came across you via the internet and after doing some comparisons etc as QANTAS staff already get discounts with Avis, Hertz and some other companies. So, thanks for the rental arrangements.
